Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before downloading, purchasing or using any of the Ocean Swift Synthesis products. By purchasing a copy of any Ocean Swift Synthesis product, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read and understand this End User License Agreement (EULA) and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. All of the sounds included in Ocean Swift Synthesis products are created and owned by Ocean Swift Synthesis. By purchasing a copy of a Ocean Swift Synthesis product, Ocean Swift Synthesis grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to freely use the enclosed sounds for any commercial purpose under the following conditions:

  • The Licensee is not permitted, at any time, or under any circumstances, to modify the Software Product or create any derivative work of the Software Product or its accompanying documentation. Material may not be extracted and used in isolation in any way and derivative works include but are not limited to commercially available samples, new sample libraries, or virtual (digital) instruments.
  • The Licensee is not permitted to use sounds from a Ocean Swift Synthesis product is isolation, out of the context of a musical composition.

Refunds

All Ocean Swift Synthesis products are sold “as is” with no warranty or refund privileges, a refund will however be issued provided that the customer contact Ocean Swift Synthesis with 48 hours from the order and the products was not downloaded (i.e. the redemption key provided was not used). This license agreement is effective from the moment the product is purchased. Ocean Swift Synthesis retains the right to seek restitution for any and all damages incurred by violations of the EULA at the expense of licensee.
